My name is Victoria, I'm nineteen years old and I'm passionate about reading, writing, traveling, and learning new things. I'm improving my English because I aspire to become an extraordinary speaker of the language, which in my point of view means being able to sound like a native and to speak in a sophisticated, yet natural manner, especially in academic settings. I want to work on pronunciation, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Another reason why I'm studying English is because I'm a journalism major, so the ability to speak multiple languages will play a crucial role in my career. I lived in the US for almost a year as an exchange student, which was undoubtedly one of the most enriching experiences of my life, and I hope to be able to study abroad again in the future.
